Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and any content, access, or materials required to complete a project. Delays caused by missing information or late feedback may affect project timelines.

Payments

Payment terms (deposits, milestones, due dates) will be set out in the individual project agreement or invoice for each engagement.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of final deliverables (such as a completed website) transfers to the client upon full payment. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our own portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing project engagement as set out in the individual project agreement. Work completed up to the point of termination will be billed accordingly.
